[pp.int.general] General news: PPDE more than 20k members

Oh, and to add to that: Especially from PPSE I hardly heard anything new,
even though in general I try to keep informed with what is going on world
wide. I don't go out of my way for it, but even if you follow Falvinge's
blog you hardly know what is going on. Maybe I am just looking in the wrong
places, and it certainly makes a difference whether you know a language or
not, but considering PPSE was the oldest PP, is the second biggest and has
two MEPs it is weird you don't stumble about more information from them
then day PPNL or PPCZ (plz don't feel attacked, this is merely an
observation).
