[pp.int.general] SOPA - Should we go on blackout strike?

I also think they hold this one back to either attack another time (really
fast in the wake of some catastrophe or otherwise important global event)
and/or to push PIPA through. I hope there will still be banners and protest
on the 18th against PIPA (and also against SOPA).
