[pp.int.general] MegaUpload raided, shut down on request of US authorities

If a NZ court finds that Megaupload's activities would be illegal  
under NZ law, they may grant an extradition. This is, seemingly, what  
has happened. The fact that NZ did not try them, and had no plans to,  
does not prevent another country seeking extradition, and their  
request being granted.
