[pp.int.general] Buying out cyber lockers domain names?

With the recent action against MegaUpload there will be a lot of domain 
names to cyber locker sites that will be inactive. I think the  PPI and 
individual pirate parties could get a lot of web traffic by purchasing the 
domain names and using them to do PR. There will also be a lot of 
deadlinks all over the Internet that will keep sending traffic.
