Really, this thread can't be real... so, if I promise everyone the next GA
will be in Arturo's house (just as example) but he don't want to allow all
us to enter into his house, as I promised it, then even if he doesn't want
we had to do the GA there? I can understand that it's important not to be
euro-centric, and may (idk) be a promise to do the GA outside europe, but
if nobody offered a place to do the GA (afaik, and as I read on the wiki,
only russia, prague and tunisia offered, and tunisia even doesn't meet the
requirements), so the only two real options were Moscu or Prague, and even
the ones who proposed Moscu told there were several disadvantages (visa,
travel costs, etc) and the only reasonable proposal was Prague... Even if
it's on Europe, there's two options... to do it or not to do it.
I think, if now people have complaints about the GA location, why those
people didn't proposed their place on time and manner?
It's just my opinion
