The pirate IRC server at irc.piratpartiet.se:6697 rejects connections
from my computer since yesterday:

* Connecting to irc.piratpartiet.se:6697...
* Connection failure: Połączenie odrzucone

What is the reason for that?  Am I somehow banned or something?  How
can I find out?
