[pp.int.general] Declare INTERNET as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity

George Soros is Hungarian (I think) but migrated to the United States.
He made a big fortune gambling on the stock markets (or with currency
speculation) and now devotes the fortune into helping social movements
and society critical organisations. It's not a problem to be sponsored
by Soros, and in fact a large part of Europe's civil society is taking
money from Soros or Soros-related funds already.
They are not more or less transparent than any other equivalent
benefactor. They just devote their funds to better causes.
best regards,
Amelia
