[pp.int.general] The IRC server

We have had some problems out of the ordinary of late. See for example
http://torrentfreak.com/leap-second-did-not-crash-the-pirate-bay-120701/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Torrentfreak+%28Torrentfreak%29

"Leap second did not crash the pirate bay - I did" :P

Both the IRC server and list server was down for about 10 hours this night.
The list server seems to work now again. Ill do a bit of research about the
IRC server.
