Hey Mike

I am passing your questions along to ppl that might know where to find said
data. You should try to get into contact with
Musikpiraten<http://musik.klarmachen-zum-aendern.de/>,
and PPDE's responsible person for copyright matters (who happens to produce
music and own a small label himself), Bruno
Kramm<https://twitter.com/#!/BrunoGertKramm> as
far as Germany is concerned, I doubt they are reading this list (Which I
would say is useful for discussing generell things, but not for reaching
everybody active within the PPs directly). I assume you are also in contact
with NGOs like La Quadrature du Net, Bits of Freedom and Digitale
Gesellschaft?

Kind regards

Justus Römeth
