Are your Green, Liberal and Conservative parties members of the
international confederations of their ideology? If so, that should clarify
it. If not, that would make it more complicated.

PPI is an NGO, not a party, and while there is collaboration, PPI does not
dictate anything into the members. Or is the Brazilian socialist party
allowed to copy good ideas from other socialist parties (I mean, Marx &
Engels were not really Brazilian neither ;-) ). This should be a non-issue
if the big parties in Brazil don't abuse their power (big IF, just ask PPRU
;-) ).
