[pp.int.general] Brazilian participation in PPI

Quando comentei este fato com o Fabricio do Canto, pedi a ele que me
enviasse um texto, explicando como o PPI é importante para o PPBr, com
intuíto de evitar um pensamento errôneo sobre o PPI.
Hoje existe um pensamento errado sobre o PPI no Brasil, com isso solicito
ajuda para solucionar este problema.
As informações chegam meio quebradas aqui no Brasil, por isso vim
diretamente compreender a situação, para poder solucionar este debate que
acontece no PPBr.
Espero a compreensão de todos.
