Hello,

There are already affiliates of PPES and PP-CAT, like me.

And I know pirates who live in Catalonia and are affiliates of PPES who
don't want to be part of PP-CAT, and pirates who are affiliates of PP-CAT
who don't want to be part of PPES.

And pirates who would like to start new local and different pirate parties
in their towns!

The situation is complex.
