Article 1. Access to the authors' works covered by the law 11,723
(argentine´s copyright), or used by the Internet, conducted individually
or in the privacy of the home, at school, university or public libraries
and free, in order exclusive to: learn, educate, inform, entertain, or
excited, and excluding any form of commercial or public use thereof,
constitutes the right of access to culture and, in any case, you can set a
wrong even when the user carries out a single copy on a digital file on
your PC and it is unused for commercial purposes or profit. Neither shall
be liable to facilitate this access when it is offered free to the user."

"Art. 1º. El acceso a las obras autorales comprendidas por la ley 11.723,
o su uso, mediante la red Internet, realizado en forma individual o en la
intimidad del hogar, en el ámbito escolar, universitario, o bibliotecas de
acceso público y gratuito, con la finalidad exclusiva de instruirse,
educarse, informarse, entretenerse, o emocionarse, y con exclusión de
cualquier modalidad de utilización comercial o uso público de las mismas,
constituye el ejercicio del derecho de acceder a la cultura y, en ningún
caso, podrá configurar un acto ilícito aún cuando el usuario realizare una
única copia en un archivo digital en su ordenador personal y la misma no
fuere utilizada con fines comerciales o de lucro. Tampoco será punible el
facilitar este acceso cuando el mismo se ofrezca gratuitamente al
usuario."
