Mailing Lists (plural) and Redmine certainly helped us, but in the end
party-wide communication is just very iffy or nearly impossible with a
certain size. There certainly is no 'one-size-fits-all' approach,
especially as soon as you start to attract 'offliners'. Having great
elected party officers with big teams of volunteers behind them certainly
helps keeping somehow track of things happening.
