As far as pads arte concerned: Try to open new pad subdomains for new
topics, if you only have 10-15 pads per topic it is easier to keep track of
them. Also, on the PPEU pad we organized a table-of-content
pad<https://eu.piratenpad.de/table-of-contents>which helped.
