[pp.int.general] Board meeting protocols of Pirate Parties

We in Serbia use forum for posting reports from meetings:
http://piratska.org/forum/Forum-Izve%C5%A1taji, tho we haven't really
bother translating them into English yet. Our summer inactivity can be
easily seen :D

When we get wiki up and running it would be good idea to post reports there
instead of forum/piratenpad. We also plan to implement member's monthly
reports once wiki is on, along the lines of what Mozzila do:
