Ahoi Pirates, (feedback wanted)

i do like the idea of an international network of interacting pirate-parties.
To achieve such a goal i want to start the following, and am looking for your
opinions and support ...

Almost every city does have partnercities in other countries.

We (ppi) promote and support the network-building of pirate-partner-cities.

For example: I am writing from Göttingen, Germany
We do have the following partner-cities in other countries:
UK: Cheltenham
Poland: Torun/Thorn
France: Pau
Germany: Lutherstadt Wittenberg (former east germany)
China: Nanjing

So i am looking forward to connect or possibly start to build a pirate-party in
that cities and start networking right from the start ...
