[pp.int.general] what are the minimum true core Pirates principles? -Attempt to get a workable consensus-

that I don't quite understand what you mean.

The point is that in this definition you have goals, expectations and
actions - what your layers are? Are they layers of the same - that is
goals, for example, from the most important to the less important - or the
structure is defined in some other way - like expectations leading to goals
leading to actions?

Well - I looked at your emails and I don't see any explanation of that.

I did understand your first email - which was an ordered list of goals -
this is pretty self explanatory.

I think we should talk about the opposite - we don't want a revolution - we
don't want to destabilize the system - we want the least changes possible
that fulfill our goals.  Change also does not bring much information - this
is something that would both a stalinist and a nazi agree about - it is the
direction that is crucial.
