Then the question is if PPI is prepared to judging cases like this (or the
Serbian one, or the Catalan/Spain one, or the Polish one).  I've heard the
socialists do have procedures for this - they call it study visit and they
send a team to investigate and meet with the involved parties plus relevant
NGOs, journalists and other players.
