As member of the remembered Court of Arbitration, maybe your priority should be to tell our readers where my complaint about "a breach of PPI Statutes" and "fraudulent rephrasing of an PPI Statutes Article to fit unwarranted desires of some"... remain lost in the CoA bureaucracy.

My use of Gibraltar as a figure is only for the sake of comparing gravity of the issue, and smearing my anarchist background on its use is unworthy of you and the post you occupied, a clear Ad Hominem.
