I also thought of a fork but didn't wan't to write about it (i don't know
how many troll points i have left)

We could fork or change this org, it's the same, but here are the things i
would change:

* Instead of giving membership to pirate parties give it to individual
pirates.

* Instead of one phisical GA have many simultaneous around the world
organized by each party.

* The purpose should be to open communication channels between pirates and
coordinate the different GAs.

* Loose the Board and the CoA (we can do the work without bureaucracy, no
offence)
