They have collected enough signatures that the idea will be voted in
the parliament - as I understand it.

By the way - to all supporters of BI - have a look at the 'canadian
pension system' thread that I have started recently - it is like BI
but limited to pensioners, because of this limit it is something that
is practical to do even now.
