[pp.int.general] Site block lists for all countries

Hi all

I've spent a fair bit of time on this wikipedia article for the
increasingly large list of sites blocked in the UK.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_websites_blocked_in_the_United_Kingdom

Given there is a similar site blocking regime in effect in France and other
major countries, I would encourage pirates/wikipedians to create a similar
pages for their countries.

This page should be the number 1 google hit for 'sites blocked in
{countryname}' so have a lot of potential exposure.

Ultimately it'd be nice to see what sites are being 'internationally
blocked', showing how the multinational rights holders are doing as they
please without checks from governments.
