[pp.int.general] Can Someone Ban recurrent trolls that do nothing else but trolling?

    I'm rid of other partie's internal issues. Filtering one person doesn't
    filter replies.

A smarter filter, based on In-Reply-To, should be able to do that.
Those who send the replies to messages that were blocked would
probably be glad if their replies did not get onto the list.
