I neither get the decision. AFAIK RMS does not complain if streamings  
or recordings are offered in a free and in a proprietary format at the  
same quality. Furthermore it's not necessary to be a geek to e.g. use  
the ogg-Format nowadays as Opera, Firefox and Chrome support it  
built-in as HTML5 video format.

Additionally I would like to know who "Jean Fleury" is. I strongly  
assume that this is not a real name but a nick and I have no clue in  
which position this person is.
