[pp.int.general] Transparency in the party

Another limitation is the complexity or simplicity of the given
organisation. More layers = more complex.
And also the technology, compare a DOS-environment with one of the latest
GUI's is important. Like in LQFB I clearly miss a tree visualitation. It is
soooo boring D-base like.
