This is important not only for the PPI but also for every PP.
Having a GA with good telepresence is (i think) more important that having
a LiquidFeedback or some other online colaboration tool.

What can _we_ do to ensure that this is adressed this year? What are the
current plans for this year GA telepresence? Is it going to be streamed?
can
we participate via IRC? What's the process to do so?

Maybe we could create a nick/password for those who wish to participate,
i like the idea of projecting the IRC or a skype call (i'm sure there is a
free
alternative) to make it more natural.
