The mail address of the CoA is coa at pp-international.net if you want to
contact them directly. However, please note that according to the
Statutes, only a PPI Member, organ or officer can file a complaint[1].

Although I spoke about reading the CoA chapter of the Statutes, I
precise I share Charly's point of view that "there should be a middle
way where intelligent people could find a solution". Maybe the point (4)
of chapter XIVa of the Statutes (about Mediators) could be helpful in
finding such a way.

I would not bet on the GA being cancelled as a whole if I were you.
As long as no decision is taken, I would consider that the formal GA will
take place.
