Let me say the same in other words:
LQFB is an electronic model for voting of informed experts [or of
previously proper informed politicians].
Used as a tool wich is feeded by everyone and voted by [not informed]
everyone it´s useless (as a best case).
At a parliament for members of a party it is important that their own
experts inform them about how they should/could vote (and why) in cases
they are not experts themselfes. They have not enough time for reading
every paper.... and there are relatively not much votings in parliaments.
Furthermore it is a experience in the German Pirate Party that (because
of these problems) bundles of such (sometimes funny) program points for
elections have a great chance for agreement. You have not more time at a
party conference.... and no "tool" (or place) for a discussion before.
[You have a lot of "time" before everywhere you want.... the (not) funny
answer of any friend of LQFB]
