[pp.int.general] Missing board reports from last PPI board

Considering all what has been going on, I consider such no sense four letter reports insults to any pirates intelligence.

But of course, I know far too well why they do not dare write down more...

        Gregory Engels promised to publish his written
          board report from last years work within a few days of the PPI
          GA so expecting that any day now.
