Well, that's odd, because
a) It was posted publicly at the time (which is what I responded to)

b) It was the subject of some debate at the time.
c) unless the board habitually interferes in the affairs of the CoA, it
was not something sent directly to the board. It was, however published
publicly (see A) in a forum you have clearly demonstrated you actively
monitor, thus I can only assume you're attempting to indicate wilful
ignorance of the matter, which bodes poorly on you.

It does not reflect well on either the competence of the Board, and on
the stated aims of the PPI and its ability to act on them.
