[pp.int.general] Fwd: Still missing 8/11 board reports from the last PPI board + alternate members

Hi,
we're still missing 8 reports from the last board (+alternates). I feel
this is very important in the pursuit of organizational learning and moving
forward. Can people that know the persons still missing their board report
poke them via mail/twitter/phone etc?

so far we've only seen 3/7 board reports for the last PPI board and none
from the four alternate board members...

It's obvious that the last board did not function optimally and from what
I've heard some board members have been hard to reach and should have been
replaced. Even if alternate board members feel they have nothing to report
they should at least be able to report about what they have done to see
that the board was active and no replacement was needed.
"If one seat of the Board becomes vacant, one of the Alternate Members
shall follow-up according to a list." -> If people go
inactive/missing (which seems to have been the case last year) they should
be replaced by alternate board members as well. Otherwise I don't really
see the reason why they were elected.
