[pp.int.general] What's the minimal set of axioms for piratic ideology?

I'm afraid the manifesto of the European Pirate Party is as infected with childish shock and awe due to sheer numbers of people rather than rationality assembling sound ideas as were the development and results of the General Assembly of the PPI in Prague in 2012. They surely started working on it after that happened... and I was there to watch the whole thing come to live.

No one should forget what a futility of a results the whole thing spawned.

I think the pirate manifesto of the European Pirate party might be a possible place to start to look for such an axiom. It was created by consensus among the parties involved and focus on the core values of the movement.
