Dear Pirates,

we would like to invite you to the 2015 Pirate Parties International
extraordinary online General Assembly which will be held on March 29th
online on the Mumble Server starting at 10:00h CET. During this
conference, the General Assembly - PPI's highest body - will decide upon

 * affiliation fees,
 * submitted motions,
 * urgent amendments.

The online General Assembly will take place at

Everybody is welcome
Each PPI member can register up to six persons as official delegates
(PPI Statutes IX.4), but all Pirates and interested persons are very
welcome to join as guests.

Delegates: Please follow Rules of Procedure
According to the standing Rules of Procedure [1], all delegates must
present written authorization from a member of their respective board
unless they are designated International Coordinator or equivalent on
their parties official website. Each person may represent as a
delegate ofno more than two parties. (PPI RoP Art.1 §4) We kindly ask
the delegates to present such accreditation and a proof of identity
well in advance, in order to speed up the conference proceeding as
well as an alternative way of communication for urgent matters (a
mobile phone number will do it). The proof of identity should contain
the user name that is registered with the mumble server as certain
user rights might be given to delegates throughout the online General
Section. We urgently suggest that any communication regarding the
accreditation of delegates should be digitally (PGP or S/MIME) signed.

Official business

Motions do not have a deadline and can be sent in at any time and can
be found here: Post them according to the instruction on

board at pp-international.net

Any proposed statutes amendmends will be discussed and dealt with at
the General Assembly in Warsaw in July.

conference, e.g. proposal for a chair + team, minute takers and so
