FWIW: I agree with the criticism, I just wanted to also draw attention
to this good conflict-resolving email. It's easy to give negative
feedback back and forth, it's much more valuable to point out positive
feedback. Constructive vs. destructive.

As a general question, I'd also be interested in which people are part
of the social media team of PPI. Accountability can only exist with
transparency, not to mention that credit should be able to be given
when credit is due. Right now the only thing that's clear is that
Jelena is part of the team, which is also why she is ALWAYS the only
one being blamed for mistakes happening. That's not fair towards her
either. :)
