We have the Comradeship Code to avoid flame wars :)

This situation makes clear some conflicts that's caused by the PPI
structure (what is not the pirate movement). People and pirates usually
underestimate the impact of the organization model in the values the
people have within the organization. It is a typical problem in highly
hierarchical organizations: conflicts arise in the form of personal
rivalry, because decisions do not take into account what other people
think.

The movement will rise when pirates understand that freedom is an
endless meeting. We need to create tools, processes and protocols
to talk, to take decisions and set positions we don't completely agree,
etc.
