Dear Lisa,
I pick your "facts" ignoring the whole picture. I never admitted the alleged conflict of interest, because there are none. I also never sign mails sent from my pph account as board member, because the signatures Ate tied to the accounts. I might have confused from what address I am replying, especially while using the several mail clients, especially the mobile devices. If this have led to any confusion, I beg appologies.
I never accepted the accusations against me as true, and only see them as an attempt to destabilize the board, and those I continue to fully exercise my board duties, while Thomas has taken a different approach and is abstaining from voting, as long as this complain exists. What you clearly can say, is that there are conflict of opinions inside the board, and that those, who cannot gain majority by democratic means refer to procedural tricks and try to discredit fellow board members. This may be because of a hidden agenda (like discredit and destroy the Pirate movement and it's umbrella organization, personal revenge, anarchism or any combination of those), or simply out of personal conflict, it does not matter. What counts are the results. And those are the facts that hold ground, what you cited are just anecdotical stories, do not mistake them for any real outcome.
