I know, right.  Different US states make it easy to create shell
corporations and patent/copyright laws let corporations play accounting
games to hide their profits in tax shelters in Ireland.  Then they park the
money in US banks and hope no one notices.

Excited to see the Iceland Pirates ride it to victory.
