Hi!

Yes, this issue is a shame for the german justice and it shows, to  
which end all of the anti-terror-laws may lead even when you are not  
a muslim.

Not mentioning the political dimension, one thing is clear: if  
justice and the respect of basic principles of legal systems (respect  
for human rights standards, presumption of innocence), our society  
silently erodes. This is what I say as a liberal democrat. I fear the  
erosion of justice and peace, I fear the erosion of our freedom.  
That's why I have become a pirate: to form a force neither leftwing,  
nor rightwing, simply democratic and freedom-loving.
