In all fairness, it seems to be a Latin proverb, a language which has
been dead for some 1000 years and isn't even used academically
anymore. Some of the classic language institutions in Sweden have

They're usually not ignorami, they're economists. I heard somewhere

Strategic and sound financial planning, large dinners and a big layer
of grease over every promotional speech to make it easier for the
population to swallow. Like Home Shopping TV without the artsy
animations.
