No, consensus is not required. The manifesto would be very short if it was.

I don't agree with the laws. I don't even agree with imprisonment.

I don't want to just change the copyright.

Then we should discuss if we want to abolish the government.

There must be a reason why we found new parties instead of joining existing 
and ruling ones. We want a /radical/ change. And anarchy would be the most 
radical change. I don't want you to skip this amendment because you want to 
show that you are good democrats. Take the time to think about it. Don't let 
you fool by the propaganda from non-anarchistic sources.
