No, they are worse. While Mafiosi don't obey the law, afaik they don't 
reject the principle of a democratic legislator. IFPI Finland apparently 
does. Perhaps they believe in a "natural" copyright - but to what extent is 
the ban onm private copying (and other aspects like the "life+70" term) 
"natural"?
