Can I suggest that you take it either on the phone or at least direct
email to each other?
I think we all can recognise a conflict when we see it, and public text
is a lousy environment to handle it. When assumption of good faith goes
interpretations strays from intentions and when it is done public even
the most humble person feels a need to defend him- or herself,
escalating the conflict.
Of course, when you have solved the situation, any experiences that can
be used to improve the organisation and avoid future conflicts will be
of great use. And of great interest to us all.
