More than half of it. Pessimists refer to  "Amersfoort on sea", referring to 
a city about 100 km inland.
Where I live is -3,7 m (- 12 feet roughly). But I live on the eighth floor. 
I think I should start growing vegetables on my balcony, for survival. If 
privacy considerations prevent CO2 reduction measures, uh?
