Reinier Bakels answer is probably more precise, as he is from the
Netherlands. But none of you seem to have considered what dikes (keeping
the sea out, not the sexual orientation) mean.

In both the 2 meter and the 5 meter case it is possible to say: Nothing,
if the dikes can be built high enough. There is just a higher risk of
the sea breaking through the dikes.

Perhaps Reinier can answer this question: How much of the Netherlands
would be flooded today if there were no dikes?
