Privative licenses might not be illegal right now but we are not debating
"what it is" but "what should be and why".
Privative licenses should be illegal, as they take freedoms away. That's the
"what should be and why".
If you want to debate "what it is" right now, that's a different debate.

I didn't accept such agreement. I was against that agreement and I exercised
my freedoms, freedoms that although they are not recognised by that license
they should be enforced by law when they are not already enforced.
