[pp.int.general] Internet Manifesto

sms, cortex, i read the manifesto in portuguese where the translator did not
used "copyright" to item 13, in portuguese he used "direitos de autor" wich
states for something like rights of the author.

In the portuguese traslation it clains that one should respected  the rights
of the author and copyright should not be used with abuse or to confuse new
models of distribution or forms of  license (the document itself is under a
cc license), so it was ok to me, reading the portuguese version.

There is another thing that applies to portuguese speaker countries:
portuguese books and everything with copyright do not attend for "direitos
de autor" it attends for copyright (the word in english) so I did not tough
that item number 13 was defending copyright (in plain portuguese if the
manifesto was talking about the copyright license itself, the translator
should not have used "direitos de autor", he should have used copyright once
copyright is the word used for it)
