[pp.int.general] How PPI should look like - our humble opinion

A bit late, isn't it? I mean there was a chance to work on the statutes
online, and/or send a different proposal for statutes for months...
And what exactly makes a country being spokesman better than a system
that has an elected board not neccessarly from the national
spokespersons? I think most pirate parties agree on the last point, but
what exactly makes this proposal superior to the one that is being
discussed at the conference at the moment? What parts of the one being
discussed at the moment makes you feel uneasy as to the last point?
