[pp.int.general] The conference - what went wrong; how can we do better?

I'd suggest holding the next conference in the Americas. I know this
will likely be opposed by many, but the next one will hopefully focus on
tidying up the statutes and appointing new members - if properly
organised, remote participation should be enough.
