i'm afraid it would be the same country all the time. Sweden or Germany :-)

ouch.

Swedish party will have to finance everything, because there are a lot
of parties (around 30!) with 2-10 members. These parties desperately
need funding, not the other way around.

But, i wouldn't bet on the swedes tho, their party is losing members
like crazy. thousands a day. makes you think. By the time we finish
discussing proposals PP-SE will be smaller than DE.
